The room was quite spacious. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is very convenient, the metro station is right outside. Staff members at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

The lift is small. It comfortably fits one person with a suitcase.

The staff were very nice people. I left my wallet with over 1000 euros and a passport. They kept it safe for me for a day until I returned to get it.

I think the photos make it look more luxurious than it is. Expectations were falsely high, causing disappointment. Overall it is quite a basic hotel, very small with just a tiny reception and breakfast area. The cost is quite a lot for what it is.

the location was convenient for me. bonne nouvelle metro station was very close. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful with directions and local information. the room was clean upon arrival.

the room size was smaller than i expected. the street noise was noticeable at night. the air conditioning unit was a bit loud and difficult to adjust. the breakfast was quite expensive.

the room included a nespresso machine i found that a nice touch. daily cake was available for refreshment this was a welcome addition after long days.

the elevator worked slowly especially going to higher floors it was a minor inconvenience though
